This website is operated by Best Night Party. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Best Night Party. By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

 Refunds & Cancellations (IMPORTANT)

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • No refunds for missed events or late arrivals
  • If an event is canceled, you may receive:
    • A refund, or
    • Credit for a future event (at our discretion)

  • Event Participation & Conduct

    By attending events:

    • You assume all risks associated with nightlife environments
    • You agree to follow venue rules and local laws
    • We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests for:
      • Intoxication
      • Disorderly behavior
      • Failure to comply with dress code or venue policies

    No refunds will be issued in such cases.
